1. The service

whowins.top sells placement on a public leaderboard and participation in entertainment "battles". Placement is determined solely by the amount paid. We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, sales or any outcome.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. All payments are final and non-refundable, including when a listing is outranked, a daily board resets, or content is removed for breaking the rules.

3. Your content

You confirm you own or are authorized to represent what you list, and that it is legal, not adult content, not misleading, and does not infringe anyone's rights. You grant us permission to display your title, description, link and favicon.

4. Battles

Battles are entertainment. Names, images or likenesses shown do not imply endorsement by those people or brands. Supporter names and messages are public; we may hide any message at our discretion.

5. Moderation

We may edit categories, hide or remove any listing or message at any time, without refund, if it breaks these terms or the rules.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
